Privacy Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
This policy explains what information (“we”, “us”) collects when you contact us, and what we do with it. It applies to this website, to phone calls, text and WhatsApp messages, and to the contact forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads and pages, where our page appears as “Auto electrican”.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us when you ask for an estimate or an appointment:
- your name;
- your phone number and, if you provide it, your email address;
- details about your vehicle, such as year, make, model and VIN;
- your description of the problem or the service you need, and any photos you send us.
If you submit a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta passes the answers you entered in that form to us. We do not receive your Facebook or Instagram password or the rest of your profile.
We do not ask for or store payment card numbers through this website or through ad forms.
How we use it
- to call, text or message you back about your request;
- to prepare an estimate and schedule your visit;
- to keep a record of the work done on your vehicle;
- to follow up about a repair you have asked us about.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to receive and store requests. They handle the information only to provide that service to us:
- Google — requests sent from the form on this website are saved to a Google Sheet and emailed to us through Gmail;
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — hosts the contact forms in our ads and delivers your answers to us;
- WhatsApp and Telegram — messaging services we use to receive your messages and to notify our staff about new requests.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request and repair records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as an automotive repair shop. If you ask us to delete your contact details, we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your phone number or name before we act on it.
Cookies and this website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and the fonts by Google Fonts; those services receive your IP address when the page loads.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
